We prefer you send next day with a tracking number if you want us to hold the CAT/KITTEN. IF FOR ANY REASON, WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CLEARED FINAL PAYMENT WITHIN THE 7 DAYS OR when the KITTEN reaches 8 weeks old, THE KITTEN/CAT BECOMES "AVAILABLE " AGAIN. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, and the first 300.00 of Paid in full sales are non-refundable, UNLESS SOMETHING HAPPENS TO YOUR CAT/KITTEN WHILE IN OUR POSSESSION and cannot be shipped.
We do have Payment Plans available on some animals, but this must be discussed and agreed to in writing, PRIOR to sending your NON- Refundable deposit. All pets must be paid in full prior to leaving .

Agrees to take the said animal to his/her vet for an initial check-up within 48 hrs of receipt. Failure to do so will void any guarantee.
Under no circumstances will this animal be sold, leased, or given to any pet shop, research laboratory, animal mill or similar facility.

The Seller guarantees that:
The animal herein named, is both physically sound and in good health, as of the date of the agreement and is up to date on shot and worming.
The animal/s have a 48 hr health guarantee from the date of receipt, as long as they are quarantined away from all other animals during this time. During this period the buyer should have the animal/s examined by a licensed veterinarian. After 48 hours the animal/s have no guarantees of any kind IF AN ADULT, or a 1 year congenital health guarantee for kittens. If the animal is found to have an untreatable disease within the 48 hrs, he/she may be returned to the breeder for a refund, provided:

A written statement from 2 licensed veterinarians as to the untreatable disease, necessitating the return, along with the contact information for the veterinarians.
No money will be refunded under any circumstances until the animal/s have been returned in the same condition as sold, and the untreatable disease has been confirmed by the Sellers Vet.
We do not guarantee against illness brought on by the stress of moving (from our house to yours) shipping, or motion sickness, resulting from being transported. This stress can ignite such illnesses as hypoglycemia, upset tummy, or diarrhea.
The buyer agrees and understands that the seller is not responsible for any of your veterinarian bills.

Both the buyer and seller agree that no terms, conditions, or agreements, other than those specifically stated herein are either inferred or implied: Therefore only the considerations, conditions, and guarantees as herein stated, are applicable.
